A recipe design tool, which optimizes food ingredients and their quantities so as to maximize evaluation function with respect to nutrient
and cost, was used to solve malnutrition caused by instant food and irregular diet. We developed MODOKI foods and seasonings to compensate for lack of the nutrients.
