Abstract
The purpose of this project is to have experiences the activities including discovering
a problem, making a solution and evaluation of the made solution. We have intended
for a medical field related to ”treatment of illness” and ”maintenance of health”. We
investigated current problems in the daily life including medical field, and tried to resolve
the problems using IT (= information technology). Moreover, we visited two hospitals
to hear an opinion and an advice about our works in progress. As a result, we proposed
the following four applications using iPad and iPhone based on the opinions and the
advices from the workers of the hospitals.

Medication management tool for an elderly patient
Hospitalization guide book for a parent and a child
