目的
Purpose
本プロジェクトの目的はICTを用いて市民活動の活性化を支援することである。

Overview
前期にグループA、B、Cに分かれて模擬開発を行った。
At the first term, we grouped members into A, B and C, then we did simulation development.
後期に模擬開発で学んだ技術と経験を活かして本開発を行っている。

本開発では、
「函館野外劇のチケット予約システムの構築」
「イベント情報の検索サービスの構築」
の2つのテーマに対してICTを用いた
システムの提案および開発を行っている。
Using ICT, we proposed and have been developing 2 systems. One of these themes is
Development of the Ticket Reservation System of Hakodate Open-Air Theater , the other is
Development of the Service Searching Information of Events Held in Hakodate .

函館市近郊のイベント検索サービスの構築
Development of the Service Searching Information of Events Held in Hakodate
函館野外劇とは五稜郭で上演される国内最大規模の歴史劇である。
函館市近郊のイベント情報が十分にインターネットを用いるユーザに行き届いていない。
過去に本学で開発されたチケット予約システムがあるが、
いくつかの
修正が必要だと考えられる。
イベント情報を取り扱っている主な3つの施設を調査した結果インターネット上での
情報発信は充実していないとわかった。
既存システムを見直し、管理者と予約者が使いやすい新しいシステム
を構築する。
函館市地域交流まちづくりセンター様に、
イベント情報を探す人が
イベント情報をより良く探せる検索サービスを提案し開発を行っている。
Hakodate Open-Air Theater is the largest national history theater playing at Goryokaku.
There is a ticket reservation system developed in Future University Hakodate, but we think
the system needs to modify some points.
We improve existing system to be easy for users to use.
模擬開発演習
Simulation development
担当教員をお客様と想定し、学生と教員が使える面談予約管理システム
を構築した。
We assumed the teachers to be a customer and we developed the interview reservation management system
for students and the teacher.
システムの開発プロセスやチーム開発のノウハウを学ぶことができた。
We got learn the know-how of team development and the way of system development process.
The information of events held in Hakodate isn't provided enough on internet to users.
As a result of investigation, we found that informing through internet is not enough.
We suggested a system that enables users to find suitable information for user's taste
to Hakodate Community Design Center, and we have been developing this system.
本活動の学び
Achievements
ユーザが満足するシステムを提案するには、その人目線でサービスを
考えなければならないということを学んだ。
We learned that we should consider the service in the user viewpoint to propose
the satisfactory system.
システムの提案をするために、早い段階で計画を立て、資料を作成
しなければならないということを学んだ。
We learned that we should make a plan and documents in the early phase to propose the system.
チーム内での意思疎通があまりできていないことが多く、ドキュメントを
作成して、意思の共有することの大切さを知った。
We learned the importance of documentation to share the intention in the team because we could not do them enough.
