Rulemaking Amending PUC Substantive Rules to Implement HB 1101, 84th Legislative Session, Related
to the Elimination of the System Benefit Fund Balance
Project Description
This rulemaking will amend certain PUCT Substantive Rules to reflect the elimination of the System Benefit Fund
(SBF) balance as required by HB 1101. In this project, the Commission may also consider alternatives to preserve
related ancillary benefits, including late fee waivers and deposit installment allowances.
