Students will read and discuss summaries of various statistical studies identifying,

justifying and/or critiquing the chosen sampling methods.
Apply the appropriate sampling methods to the investigation of their choice.
Discuss sampling methods.
Activity 4 Questions 1-2 whole class discussion
Questions 3-8 students work in pairs or small groups, then whole class debriefing.
Pairs/small groups- students design potato chip study (9-11) and share.
