Essential Questions: What is the difference of an informal and formal greeting in America vs Latin America? How greetings and commands are different in a Latin American Country? Date Objective Learning Activities: Monday 9/01 Holiday Tuesday TS can introduce 9/02 himself/herself at different times of the day TS can understand and follow commands related to classroom Wed/Th 9/03-04 TS can build a logical conversation using greetings and commands Friday 9/05 TS demonstrates use of greetings and commands in context. Warm up: Dictado : Write the words/phrases you listen. Write the meaning. Guided Practice: - Organize binder sections. - Visual presentation of Commands Vocabulary. - Practice pronunciation of commands. - Group practices commands: Listen and act out each command. - Pairs practice vocabulary with flashcards. Follow up: Memorize Commands. (Student should know ALL the vocabulary words from Greeting and Commands by tomorrow) Write each word/phrase from Commands list. 1 time in English, 4 times in Spanish.
