Teacher: D. Lara
Learning Target: Students learn and show the differences of the two past tenses: preterite vs
imperfect. They recall conjugations for both tenses and learn how to use them in context in a music
video project. Students will also continue to show comprehension and mastery of this concept by
taking an evaluation over these tenses and show their reasons.

using known verbs.

Guided practice: Review grammar concepts and vocabulary.
Teacher answers questions about chapter test.
Independent practice: Around the world to review for test.
Follow up: Study for chapter 2 test. Work on review packet. Work
in art project.
