Lesson Plan Pre-AP Spanish 3 12/01 through 12/05 Teacher: D. Lara Learning Target: Students learn and use appropriately health related vocabulary. Monday 12/1 -TS is introduced and learns chapter 3 vocabulary related to health issues. Tuesday 12/2 -TS practices use of chapter 3 vocabulary related to health issues. Wed 12/3 Friday 12/5 -Warm up: Review previous vocabulary related to health. -Introduction new vocabulary (3a and 3b) with visuals. Look up for cognates. -Practice pronunciation. -Homework: Vocabulary words due on Friday. -Warm up: Meaning of vocabulary words. -Group reading and understanding. (Textbook) -Listening (CD/Textbook) - Independent reading and comprehension (Translate Textbook) TS uses proper grammar and vocabulary to present own work of art -Students present own work of art, answering questions about painter/painting, and sharing what they learned while working in project. -TS practices use of chapter 3 vocabulary related to health issues. -Warm up: Writing sentences. -Review (Vocabulary visuals) -Writing using vocabulary
