Correction of Certain Dates
In the RFA’s letter to interested parties, the date span for making eligible expenditures specified
under “Allowable Use of Funds” is correct: October 1, 2014 – February 28, 2015.
However, there are several instances elsewhere where the given date span is incorrect, where
“September” must be replaced by “October.” The correct dates are in bold, as follows:

