Attachment 8 – CSFP Contract Workplan
Attachment 8 (CSFP Contract Workplan) has been revised and re-posted as a Word document to
allow prospective applicants to identify/enter performance measures that will be used to measure
achievement of each objective. Applicants that are awarded contracts will be expected to
perform all objectives and tasks as outlined in the Attachment 8 – CSFP Contract Work Plan.
PLEASE NOTE: Listed Objectives and corresponding Tasks should not be revised or
altered in any way by prospective applicants.
