Welcome to Level 1 Mixed Dance Class. I’m Excited to have you in my
class this school year
Materials Needed:
 Baby Wipes
 Deodorant
 Dance Bag
 Black Leotard
 Black Jazz Pants
 Jazz Shoes
 Hand Sanitizer
Journals…..your journals will be checked daily and it should be used
for your homework, notes & warm-up assignments
Class Expectation/Consequences:
1. Please be respectful to others, your classmates and your teacher
2. Please dress-out in the required materials.
3. Please do not leave classroom without permission.

1 Offense…. You will be given a written assignment warning and your
parent or guardian will be contacted
2nd Offense….Disciplinary action will occur.
Class Procedure:
 When your first enter the classroom go in the dressing room and
change in to dance clothes.
 You will have 5mins after tardy bell rings to dress out into
required dance attire.
 If you are tardy, do not disturb any of your classmates, sign the
tardy log and begin the warm-up.
 Please make sure are personal items are in the proper storage
areas.
