Amendment 1
Amendment 1 modifies and changes the Term of Contract as follows:
1. Section 6, Term of Contract, first paragraph is deleted and replaced with the
following:
“This agreement shall be effective upon approval of the NYS Office of the
State Comptroller (OSC). The contract resulting from this RFP will be for a
period of five years. The contract start date will be March 1, 2015.”
