Section D.1 Part VI. Project Plan (page 21) of the above referenced RFP is
hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
VI. Project Plan (20 pages maximum)
Clearly describe a logical, achievable plan for organizing, implementing and
accomplishing all contract deliverables. Bidders should propose a comprehensive
plan and timeline to meet all of the deliverables associated with establishing and
running telephonic and web-based smoking cessation services, including all
components of Program Deliverables one (1) through five (5) described above in
Section C: Detailed Specifications.
