Information Technology projects of a comparable scope within the last
ten (10) years. Information in your narrative should include, but is not limited
to the following: a description of the project, the intended use of the software
application, the project objectives, the extent to which objectives were met, the
length of the project (from start date to finish date), and best practices/lessons
learned, a description of candidate’s role in developing project budgets, scope
statements, project schedules, managing resources, preparing status reports, risk
management, and ensuring quality standards.
