David Ludwig, Attorney
David Ludwig's career as an attorney involved
representing the state of Wisconsin. He was initially a
Senior Attorney for the State Legislature, then became
Chief Counsel to the Hospital Rate-Setting
Commission. In 1990 he began working with the Public
Service Commission, where he was ultimately appointed
Deputy General Counsel.
David retired from the practice of law in 2013 after 35
years of service. He now is a regular volunteer each
week as a carpenter with Habitat for Humanity.
