Andy Mendyk is a Senior Forecast
Analyst at Alliant Energy, which serves
both gas and electric customers
throughout Iowa and Wisconsin. Andy is
responsible for developing Alliant
Energy’s gas and electric forecasts, as
well as providing analytical support to
help the company better understand the
energy needs of its customers. Before
arriving at Alliant Energy, Andy was a
senior researcher at the Energy Center of
Wisconsin (now known as Seventhwave),
working primarily on energy efficiency
potential studies, impact evaluations and
field research studies. Andy holds a MS
in Agricultural and Applied Economics
with a graduate certificate in Energy
Analysis and Policy from UW-Madison.
