1. Can you please send samples of the current check?
a. Samples will be provided to any vendor that requests a sample by May 5, 2015. To
request samples, use the email address provided in Section E.2 of the IFB.
2. Can you please provide information on a typical monthly order for each location?
a. There is no typical monthly order as orders vary from month to month.
Attached is a sample (Attachment A) of a recent monthly order showing the
quantity, city, state and zip code to where the order was shipped.
