 MOU between Clinton County DSS and NYS DOCCS:
Clinton County reviews and process applications for all
NYS DOCCS inmates Statewide, except those who lived
in NYC prior to incarceration.

Medicaid Processing Milestone

Enrollment through New York State of Health
○ All Medicaid Clerks have completed Certified Application Counselor
training.
○ DOCCS Began using the Market Place Portal in the first week of
October.
○ Issues involving identity matching and income verification are
being addressed with DOH currently.
○ Use of the Market Place Portal has nearly doubled the caseloads of
Clerks with the addition of over 2,000 NYC cases.
