Colarusso, Jr. Chief of Police Press Release April 7, 2016 Chief Anthony Colarusso of the Dover Police Department announces the arrest of Todd Kent, 30 years old, for Indecent Exposure in connection with an incident that occurred at Dunkin’ Donuts at 165 Portland Avenue, Dover, at approximately 8:46 AM on Sunday, March 27, 2016. During that incident a man exposed his genitals to employees as he went through the drive-thru of Dunkin’ Donuts. The employees contacted the police after the man left the area and provided a description of the man and his vehicle. On March 28, 2016, Dover Police detectives investigated the case were told the man had returned to Dunkin’ Donuts driving a different vehicle, and though he did not expose himself at that time, witnesses were able to provide a registration number. DPD detectives used this registration number to identify Kent as a suspect. After further investigation, DPD detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Kent, who turned himself into police headquarters without incident at approximately 8:33 AM on Thursday April 7, 2016. Kent was charged with one count of indecent exposure, a Class A misdemeanor. Kent, of 2 Forest Street, Dover, New Hampshire, was released on $2,500.00 personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned at 8:30 AM on June 6, 2016 in the 7th Circuit Court – Dover District. Media inquiries concerning this case can be directed to Lt.
