Chief Anthony Colarusso of the Dover Police Department announces the arrest of Todd
Kent, 30 years old, for Indecent Exposure in connection with an incident that occurred at
Dunkin’ Donuts at 165 Portland Avenue, Dover, at approximately 8:46 AM on Sunday,
March 27, 2016.
During that incident a man exposed his genitals to employees as he went through the

detectives used this registration number to identify Kent as a suspect.
After further investigation, DPD detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Kent, who
turned himself into police headquarters without incident at approximately 8:33 AM on
Thursday April 7, 2016. Kent was charged with one count of indecent exposure, a Class
