The Dover Police Department announces that Jennifer Santos has been located. On
December 28th around 8:30 PM, Santos contacted the Rochester Police Department after
seeing the missing person alerts on local media. Officers from Rochester met with Santos
who was unharmed and had not been the victim of any crime. The case received substantial
media coverage which was was instrumental in its resolution.
The Dover Police Department wishes to thank the Rochester Police Department for their
assistance in locating Santos.
