Colarusso, Jr. Chief of Police Press Release October 22, 2015 On Thursday, October 22, 2015, at approximately 8:15pm The Dover Police Department responded to a reported pharmacy robbery at the CVS Pharmacy located at 118 Central Avenue. The suspect was a white male approximately six feet tall wearing a blue winter jacket, dark colored hoodie underneath, blue jeans, black high top style sneakers or boots, black knit gloves a black knit hat with a black bandana partially covering his face. The bandana was described as black in color but with a pattern of what appeared to be small white handguns on it. The suspect passed a note to the pharmacist on duty and then left the store on foot with an undisclosed amount of prescription medication. The suspect did not display a weapon. A Strafford County K-9 responded and picked up a brief track but lost the scent in the area of East Watson Street. This case is being investigated by the Dover Police Department’s Special Investigations Bureau.
