The City of Dover Police Department, an internationally accredited law
enforcement agency, is seeking certified Police Officer candidates. Entry level
patrol officers work a 4 day on 3 day off work schedule and we offer a variety of
specialized assignments for career growth, which include:

The current salary range for certified police officers is $46,860 - $65,249 and we
offer an excellent benefit package including paid holidays, educational incentives
and clothing allowance. The position does require shift work, including nights,
weekends, and holidays.
