1999 Survey done by James W. Sewell Surveyors of Old Town Maine
This survey was done because the owner at the time wanted to put in an
9 holes golf course. The sketches that you see over the survey show that
this could have been done. Apparently 9 holes would have fit. But this
never happened, and the east side of the valley was sold separately to
Konovo Proverties and a Home Depot was Built in 2003.
