This document provides guidance on reading City of Dover Property Records cards, located
at http://maps.dover.nh.gov. Class and Use codes can be found in two locations, on the
property record card and on the website “Property Info” pop-up window.
Property Record Card
‘Class’ and ‘Use’ codes are found on the
upper right hand corner of the property
record card.
Property Info Pop-Up Window
In the ‘Property Info’ pop-up window
under ‘Land’, (expanded by the ‘more’
button), ‘Class’ and ‘Use’ are found;
