Lay Abstract
Provide a summary of the proposed training program in non-technical terms; limit to 300 words.
This information will be excerpted and edited for use in various public documents. Do not
include confidential information. Specifically, describe the overall goal of the training
program, the process for recruitment and evaluation of participants through ties with local school
districts, and the expected benefit to the participants and the organizations.
