develop abilities of technological design and understandings about science and technology.
Learning Activities:
 Students will review VTC Notes on Business in NewCity and study the terms for the HUB Test on W/Th
 Students will work on Hand-on-Academics Social Studies Assignment on “Firing and Hiring”
 Students will sign in Virtual Team Challenge and be advanced Task1-Business
Assessment Methods: Online Individualized report, Hub assignments, Class participation
Checks for Understanding: Demo, Asking questions, Online Report
Materials: PC, Laptop, Projector, HoA Assignments on Hub, VTC Files on HUB
Follow Up/HW: Team Challenge Task1-Business; Hand-on-Academics SS Assignment Due 3-5

resources, and demonstrate team work, reliability, and effectiveness throughout the virtual simulated competition.
The business competition stresses the importance of attention to details as they relate to personal and professional
goals. The in-class curriculum supports this goal by reinforcing an understanding of basic business concepts and
professional responsibility. SW solve environmental issues to succeed in the professional simulation.
