Objective: The student will demonstrate an understanding of the management concept and is
expected to define the term mgmt, and explain mgmt. functions, roles, evolution, & influence.
Monday
Activities:
1. Students present their group projects due today in the unit
2. Students will ask questions and discuss on each project and presentation
Assessment: Presentations, Class participation
Materials: Power Point, projector, PCs
Follow Up/HW: Group projects due today

Tuesday
Activities:
1. Students continue presenting their group projects submitted yesterday.
2. Provide the Individual Practice Assignments and rubrics
3. Students will begin selecting an assignment and research
Assessment: Class participation
Materials: Individual assignment details and rubrics, projector, PCs
Follow Up/HW: Individual assignment due Friday, 9-12-14

1. Students will research and complete the assignment they have chosen based on the
rubrics
2. Students will ask questions as required regarding the individual assignments.

Materials: PCs for research

1. Students will complete and submit the assignment by the end of day.
