
Go through that college’s application process
SECOND STEP: SUBMIT REQUIRED PAPERWORK ON TIME TO BE CLASSIFIED AS AN IN-STATE STUDENT

The college is the ultimate decider on if you are eligible for ASSET

Make sure to respond to any follow up emails for additional information quickly

Failure to provide all required information could result in an out-of-state classification and
higher tuition
THIRD STEP: GO TO CO DEPT OF HIGHER EDUCATION WEBSITE AND APPLY FOR COF – THE COLLEGE
OPPORTUNITY FUND

