and communication technology (ICT). Provided project management, system configuration,

PhD Candidate 2009 – 2015
• Dissertation scheduled for defense 2 November 2015: “Institutional Factors Favoring
Knowledge Sector Development: An Assessment of the Danish and Norwegian ICT
Sectors”. Chair: Martin Rhodes. Committee members: Rachel Epstein, Haider Khan, and
Darius Ornston (Munk School of Global Affairs, University of Toronto).
• Completed two rounds of funded fieldwork in Denmark and Norway during the spring of
2013 and 2014. Interviewed 60 subject matter experts from the ICT sector.
