ABOUT CPA AUSTRALIA
The GetQualified! Fund is an initiative of CPA Australia and
TalentCorp which offers successful applicants:
CPA Australia is one of the world’s largest professional accounting
bodies representing more than 150,000 members globally. At
CPA Australia, we understand that knowledge, ideas and insights
are the world’s greatest currency. That’s why we teach not only
accounting, but the skills necessary to help you stand out –
Leadership, Strategy and Business.
1. a waiver of the CPA Australia membership application fee
and first time membership fee; and
2. a 50% rebate on each successfully completed CPA Program
subject and foundation exam, issued as a credit towards the
enrolment fee for the student’s next program segment.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the GetQualified! Fund, you must:
• be a Malaysian citizen or Malaysian permanent resident;
• be a graduate with bachelor’s degree completed in Malaysia
(in any field of study);
• have no more than 12 months full time work experience; and
• be an employee working in an organisation approved
by CPA Australia.
How to claim
If you meet the eligibility criteria above and have passed a
CPA Program subject or foundation level exam, you can make a
claim for the GetQualified! Fund by submitting the following to
CPA Australia:
• transcript of exam result;
• receipt for exam fee paid; and
• declaration by your employer (which must be an organisation
approved by CPA Australia) that you remain employed at the
date of submission.
