You can enter your details directly into the enrolment form on your computer and then send us a printed and signed copy.
We recommend that you keep a copy for your own records. Incomplete forms cannot be processed.
WHAT IS THIS FORM FOR?
You can use this form to enrol in CPA Program subjects through TalentCorp’s UNI-Qualified Fund.
To be eligible for the UNI-Qualified Fund, you must be:
• a Malaysian citizen
• studying at university in Malaysia
• in at least Year 3 of your degree
• minimum MUET band score of 3 (applicable to applications from public universities)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The choice of subjects you may enrol in through TalentCorp’s UNI–Qualified Fund is dependent on the university you are currently studying at.
You must be a member of CPA Australia if you are a student of Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK) to enrol through the UNI-Qualified
Fund. You must be a member of CPA Australia if you are a student of University of Malaya or Multimedia University to qualify for funding for
your second enrolment (first enrolment can be done as a non-member). If you are eligible for this offer, TalentCorp will cover the subject fees
for two subjects only.
For any additional enrolments, please log in to My CPA Program at cpaaustralia.com.au/mycpaprogram to enrol.
If you have already enrolled in two subjects, please contact the Malaysia office.

incorrect or incomplete information.
• I declare that the information provided within this form is accurate and that I confirm the following points below to qualify for the UNIQualified Fund:
– I want to apply for the UNI-Qualified Fund
– I am a Malaysian citizen
– I am currently an undergraduate wholly completing my degree locally in Malaysia, with no overseas study
– I am currently in year 3 or above of my degree
• I acknowledge that the UNI-Qualified Fund fee waiver will only apply to my first attempt of the subject that I enrol in. I understand that if I
defer, cancel or need to re-take the subject that I will be responsible for any costs associated with my deferral, cancellation or repeating of the
subject.
• I will attend at least one employer networking event organised by CPA Australia prior to graduation.
• I understand that CPA Australia may accept an application from a student to enrol in the ‘Ethics and Governance’ subject under the UNIQualified Fund. Acceptance of such an application will be at CPA Australia’s absolute discretion and CPA Australia is not required to give any
reason for the rejection of any application.

(E) EXAM INFORMATION
Exam week is usually in April for semester 1, and in October for semester 2. For specific information, please refer to
cpaaustralia.com.au/cpa-program for important dates in each semester.
You must schedule your exam(s) via My CPA Program at cpaaustralia.com.au/mycpaprogram before the scheduling closing date.
Please note that exam venues and times are subject to availability, so schedule promptly to ensure you have the best chance of selecting your
preferred exam venue and time.
(F) SUBMITTING YOUR ENROLMENT FORM
WHAT TO SEND
You will need to provide the following documents with your enrolment form:
• Student ID
• Identity Card
• MUET result (if you are an applicant from a public university)
• Latest semester result
Please make sure your documents are certified true copies.
YOU NEED TO SEND US CERTIFIED COPIES OF YOUR SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
When you send us copies of your documents, they must be certified true copies of the originals.
Please do not send original documents. They will not be returned.
What is a “certified true copy" of an original?
A certified true copy is a copy of an original document that is verified as being authentic. An authorised person must certify the copy after seeing
the original document.
A list of authorised people who can certify documents is below.
What needs to be certified?
• copies of all identity documents
• documents relating to your education (e.g. academic transcripts, academic award or letter of completion)
• documents relating to professional memberships
How do I get my documents certified?
1. photocopy your original documents
2. take your original documents and photocopies to a person who is authorised to certify documents (see page 4)
3. have the authorised person certifying
• write on the same side of each copy “I certify this is a true copy of the original document sighted by me”
• sign and print their name
• state their profession or occupation group (as below)
• member number (if applicable)
• the date certified (within the last 12 months)

We do not accept
• photocopies or faxes of certified documents
• certifications where the identity of the person certifying cannot be read
• certification made by a person not authorised to certify documents
• certification made by yourself, on your own documents, even if you are a person authorised to certify documents
WHO CAN CERTIFY MY DOCUMENTS?
The following people are authorised to certify documents:
• staff at your nearest CPA Australia office listed on the CPA Australia website cpaaustralia.com.au/contact
• staff from your university or institute authorised to certify documents
• CPA or FCPA (Fellow) but not an Associate member of CPA Australia
• full member of a recognised International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) professional body as listed on www.ifac.org/about/member-bodies
• commissioner for oaths
• Justice of the Peace
• solicitor or lawyer
• migration agent registered with Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA)
• dentist, medical practitioner, pharmacist or veterinary surgeon
• bank manager or school principal
• police officer, sheriff or sheriff’s officer
• notary officer
• Australian consular or diplomatic officer
• any other official, who in your home country, is authorised to endorse documents and legal declarations or to witness sworn affidavits

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

e will send you an enrolment confirmation email. Once you have received this email, please visit cpaaustralia.com.au/mycpaprogram to
choose your exam format, location, date and time after scheduling opens.
2. We will mail your study guides.
3. You will be provided access to My Online Learning, CPA Australia's online learning platform. Access is available from the official 'semester
begins' date.
4. Non-members enrolling in Ethics and Governance must apply for membership in order to seek enrolment in other subjects.
