a. Reading of Minutes
i. Minutes were approved 8:10 p.m.
ii. Minutes are sent out through Ms. Bradley via email.
New Business
a. Notifications from Advisor- Ebony King
i. Monthly financial statements are due the first of each month;
Only 9 organizations submitted their financial dues. Please
have treasures turn in your organization’s dues as soon as
possible.
ii. All space requests for the spring semester are due by
December
Open Floor
a. There were no questions
Announcements/ Upcoming Events
a. African Student Association are having a panel discussion on Ebola
on November 19, 2014 in Howard Jordan at 6:30 p.m. and will be
collecting sanitary and monetary goods to send to Africa.
b. Sophomore class is hosting the fall ball on November 18, 2014
c. AT&T will be hosting Love Week
d. Mr. Gillard is hosting the Honda Campus All Star quiz bowl. If your
organization is interested in participating please stop by his office in
the student union on November 6, 2014.
e. Basketball season start on November 6, 2014 against Armstrong
State University girls will start at 6:30 p.m. and boys will follow.
f. Delta Sigma Pi will be hosting “Team Tempo” on November 7, 2014
at 7:07 p.m. in the student union.

g. AAMI is hosting their conference on November 7, 2014 and it will be
held throughout the weekend if you want to participate contact Shed
Dawson or Dr. Walton in student affairs.
h. Iota Phi Lambda will be hosting a panel discussion on November 12,
2014 about what it is like to be in a Greek organization it will be in
the FLLC rec room at 6:29 p.m.
