Dr Paul Bolt is a professor at the
US Air Force Academy. He
received his B.A. from Hope
College and his Ph.D. from the
University of Illinois at UrbanaChampaign. He has taught at
Zhejiang University and
Baicheng Normal College in the People’s Republic of China, and in 20092010 served as a Fulbright scholar at Nanyang Technological University in
Singapore. He is coeditor of The United States, Russia and China; China’s
Nuclear Future; and American Defense Policy, 8th edition. He is also the
author of China and Southeast Asia’s Ethnic Chinese. His most recent
publication is “Sino-Russian Relations in a Changing World Order” in the
Winter 2014 volume of Strategic Studies Quarterly.
