ABOUT CPA AUSTRALIA
关于澳洲会计师公会
2014 marks the 128th year for CPA Australia. We have grown
from 45 members in Melbourne to today’s over 150,000
members across 120 countries.
CPA Australia is a globally influential body with offices located
in Australia and other prime locations including Hong Kong,
Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore,
Vietnam, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. In spite of such
vast expansion, CPA Australia continues to value and preserve
the personal relationships we have with our members.
2014 has been a year of important milestones for CPA Australia
with a significant growth of membership in Greater China. We
have also entered into a number of rewarding relationships with
the governments, regulators, industries, professional bodies
and academia. Our representation and participation on regional
and international issues has also grown.
2014年，澳洲会计师公会 (CPA Australia) 庆祝了自己的第128
个生日，我们的会员规模也从最初墨尔本市的45人，变成了现
在遍布全球120个国家的15万名会员。
作为一个具有国际影响力的专业组织，公会不仅在澳大利亚本
土，也在世界其他主要地区如香港、北京、上海、广州，以及
印度尼西亚、马来西亚、新加坡、越南、新西兰、英国等地设
有办事处。在全球影响力不断提升的同时，公会依然一如既往
地珍视我们与会员的紧密联系。
在这一年里，公会大中华区会员规模实现了令人瞩目的增长，
我们与政府、主管机构、企业界、专业会计服务领域和学术界
的广泛合作也取得了丰硕的成果。公会更加积极地参与到了当
地和国际相关事务之中。

CPA AUSTRALIA FORUM: BE HEARD. BE RECOGNISED.
澳洲会计师公会论坛：备受聆听，倍受肯定
CPA Australia Forum “Be Heard. Be Recognised.” was held
on 25 September in Shanghai, attracting over 150 delegates
to attend. Delegates ranged from representatives of the
Australian and Chinese governments to industry leaders,
scholars, high-profile professionals and CPA Australia
members. The forum explored various issues including
China’s economic outlook, China’s outbound investment
and CFOs’ leadership in the changing environment.
As a premier professional accounting body, CPA Australia
will continue to provide positive and constructive
contribution to the development of China’s accounting
profession.

中国对外投资”、
“CFO在日益变化环境中的领导力”的专题
讨论。

澳洲会计师公会荣获2014年度“在华澳洲企业卓越成就奖”
中国中西部地区新增澳洲会计师公会课程认证项目
The 2014 Australia China Business Awards (ACBA)
Ceremony was held in May in Shanghai. The award
ceremony was attended by Australian Ambassadors,
Consul-Generals and Presidents of AustCham across
the Greater China region and over 400 representatives
from different Australian and Chinese companies.
In 2014, CPA Australia completed three new accreditation
projects with some of the best universities in Central and
West China. Graduates of accounting-related majors from
Sichuan University, Southwestern University of Economics
and Science, Huazhong University of Technology will now
enjoy exemption of all six of CPA Australia’s foundation
exams and can go straight into the CPA Program. The
accreditation provides a fast and open option for students
to acquire their CPA designation.
The goal of ACBA is to recognise Australian companies
that have made positive contributions to the AustraliaChina business relationship. In this year’s ACBA, CPA
Australia was awarded the prestigious “Business Excellence
Award for Education & Training”. This award reaffirms our
position as one of the most influential accounting bodies
in Greater China.
在上海举行的2014年度“在华澳洲企业卓越成就奖”颁奖晚宴
上，澳洲会计师公会最终荣膺“澳大利亚贸易委员会教育与培
训企业卓越奖”。包括澳大利亚驻华大使、澳大利亚驻香港、上
海、广州、成都、香港总领事、澳大利亚商会大中华区的各地会
长，及400多位澳中企业代表出席盛宴。
“在华澳洲企业卓越成就奖”久负盛名，并已迈入第21个年
头，大奖旨在表彰在大中华区取得卓越成绩的澳大利亚企业。
拥有128年历史的澳洲会计师公会自2002年进入中国市场以
来，从最初的几百名会员发展到如今的5000多名会员，同各地
政府相关部门、雇主和高校合作伙伴保持紧密合作关系，致力
于提升本地财会人才的国际化视野，澳洲注册会计师资格广受
国际认可，是商业战略领导才能的标志。

CPA Australia remains closely engaged with academics and
universities in China. Over 30 top universities and more than
60 accounting-related programs have been accredited by
CPA Australia.
继中南财经政法大学之后，2014年度澳洲会计师公会又完成了
中西部地区三所知名高校的课程认证，四川大学、西南财经大
学及华中科技大学的相关商科类毕业生可以直接豁免澳洲会
计师公会全部六科基础课程考试，直接成为澳洲会计师公会会
员并开始澳洲注册会计师课程，为同学们走向国际职场提供一
个良好的平台。目前，澳洲会计师公会已认可了国内超过30所
高校的60多个会计相关专业。

attendance of Mr Jeff Turner, Senior Trade Commissioner from
Australian Consulate-General Commercial Section, Ms Ella Gu,
Regional Manager – East & Central China of CPA Australia, Mr Ma Yong
Qiang, Dean of Accounting and Mr Tan Hong Tao, Deputy Dean of
Accounting.

校园活动和职场分享
Throughout 2014, CPA Australia has developed a variety
of campus activities to engage with the students. Activities
include “Shanghai International Studies University’s case
study competition”, company visits to the Sino-French
Joint Venture Alcatel-Lucent, interview opportunities at
thenakedceo.com and “Pizza night” at the University
of Nottingham Ningbo campus.
To help students grow, CPA Australia regularly invites
senior members and industry leaders to share their career
experiences and insights with the students.
澳洲会计师公会在2014年度继续在校园开展各类丰富多彩的
活动，支持并参与了上海外国语大学的案例分析大赛；带领
上海财经大学的同学参观中法合资企业阿尔卡特上海贝尔股
份有限公司；选拔了来自上海地区四所高校的学生大使进行
thenakedceo.com在线栏目的访谈；在英国诺丁汉大学宁波校
区举办“披萨之夜”，和有志于报读澳洲注册会计师课程考试
的同学进行交流。

In October, CPA Australia held a series of information
sessions to promote “Australian Open VIP Experience”
in ten of the top universities in East & Central China.
CPA Australia offered students with the opportunity to
win a trip to Australia to experience the Australian Open.
Ms Xu Yue, final year student from Accounting Program
of Shanghai International Studies University, was the winner
of the lucky draw. She travelled to Melbourne in January
2015 to meet the CPA Australia executives and was also
a guest at the Australian Open, where she enjoyed the
priceless experience of a scenic helicopter flight over
Melbourne Park, exclusive behind-the-scenes tour to
Rod Laver Arena and a premium courtside ticket.
10月，澳洲会计师公会先后在华东华中区的十所高校举办了
校园宣讲会，向同学们推广了首次在中国举办的“澳网公开
赛贵宾体验”校园活动。凡指定日期之前递交入会申请的同

STRATEGIC ALLIANCES WITH LOCAL ACCOUNTING BODY
和国内各地注册会计师协会的紧密合作
CPA Australia has been focusing on developing mutually
rewarding relationships with local accounting bodies.
Followed from the Memorandums of Cooperation that was
signed with many local accounting bodies, CPA Australia
has been working closely with Jiangsu Institute of CPA
(JICPA) to host a series of joint continuing professional
development workshops. CPA Australia has also invited the
partners from multinational corporations to be speakers in
our CPD workshops.
In October, CPA Australia collaborated with Hubei Institute
of CPA (HBICPA) to host a Career Fair at Zhongnan University
of Economics and Law, which attracted over 40 accounting
firms and more than 300 final year students to join.
澳洲会计师公会与中国注册会计师协会以及地方注协一直保
持良好的沟通和交流，继和多家当地注协签署合作备忘录之
后，2014年6月，我们与江苏省注协合作举办持续专业发展培
训，邀请普华永道合伙人就“中国十大上市银行业绩分析”这
一话题和100多位南京本地的注册会计师进行探讨。培训会
上，澳洲会计师公会同江苏省注册更新了双方的合作备忘录，
将继续助力本地财会人才的国际化培养。
此外，今年10月澳洲会计师公会首次联手湖北省注协在中南财
经政法大学举办了湖北省注册会计师行业人才招聘会，吸引了
40多所湖北省本地的会计师事务所及300多位来自本地高校
应届会计、经济类毕业生前来咨询。

NEW PARTNERS IN RECOGNISED EMPLOYER PROGRAM
认可雇主项目新增雇主
CPA Australia’s Recognised Employer Program was
introduced in 2011 to acknowledge employers who
demonstrate commitment in supporting their staff’s
professional development. The program continued to
grow from strength to strength since its implementation.
There is an accumulation of over 300 distinguished
employers participating in the program globally.
In 2014, an additional six employers became CPA Australia’s
Recognised Employer Partners. Our new employer partners
in East & Central China region include Deutsche Bank
China, Zijin Mining Group and TMF Group.

JOINT EVENTS WITH OVERSEAS UNIVERSITIES

In 2014, CPA Australia worked with well-known education
institutes including the University of Melbourne, Deakin
University, HKU SPACE, Macquarie Graduate School of
Management, to host joint campus activities and member
workshops for students.
2014年度，澳洲会计师公会先后联合墨尔本大学、澳大利亚迪
肯大学、香港大学SPACE学院、麦考瑞大学管理学院等多家知
名海外机构举办联合讲座，丰富校园活动和会员的培训讲座。
CPA Australia collaborated with HKU SPACE and invited Ms Gina Kao,
Chief Lecturer, to discuss the topic of “Internet Finance” with CPA
Australia members.
8月，澳洲会计师公会和香港大学SPACE学院首次联合举办培训讲座，邀请
首席讲师高翠芬女士，采用了港大模拟公开课的形式，和大家分享了时下热
门的“互联网金融”这个话题。
In September, Mr Tang Yi Ming, Deputy Professor from Macquarie
Graduate School of Management was invited to speak with CPA
Australia members in a networking evening.
9月，由澳大利亚悉尼麦考瑞大学工商管理学院唐以明副教授率领的一行访
问团师生，和澳洲会计师公会的本地会员进行了交流，了解会员们在中国的
职业发展。

Throughout 2014, CPA Australia hosted more than 30
member events in East & Central China. The continuing
professional development (CPD) events covered a wide
range of topics, including overseas acquisition, RMB reform,
Shanghai free trade zone financial reform, internet finance,
enterprise restructure, internal control and financial reform.
We also hosted CPD workshops in different locations
including Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Chengdu,
Chongqing, to support members in East & Central China.
As more Chinese enterprises reach out for outbound
investments, there is a growing demand for international
designation. CPA Australia is committed to provide global
visions and knowledge for our members to enhance their
technical, business leadership and interpersonal skills
so they can be a winner in this ever-changing business
community.
2014年度，澳洲会计师公会先后在6个华东华中区城市共举办
30场会员讲座，是2006年办事处成立以来举办活动最多的一
年。持续专业发展讲座议题涉及企业海外并购，人民币汇改、
自贸区财务改革、互联网金融、企业重组、内控和财务变革等
专业话题。公会的会员活动逐步走出上海，先后在南京、杭州、
武汉、成都和重庆各地为我们的当地会员提供持续专业发展支
持。

上海：德勤会计师事务所合伙人袁毓东先生主讲关于“海外收购”方面的话
题，现场座无虚席。
随着越来越多的中国企业走出国门参与海外的投资和建设，这
对于我们财务会计人士尤其是管理者提出了更多新的挑战。澳
洲会计师公会承诺会继续一如既往地兑现助力中国会计行业
的国际化发展的承诺，培养更多具有从事国际业务能力和国际
视野的专业会计人才。
