ABOUT CPA AUSTRALIA
关于澳洲会计师公会
2014 marks the 128th year for CPA Australia. We have grown
from 45 members in Melbourne to today’s over 150,000
members across 120 countries.
CPA Australia is a globally influential body with offices located
in Australia and other prime locations including Hong Kong,
Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore,
Vietnam, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. In spite of such
vast expansion, CPA Australia continues to value and preserve
the personal relationships we have with our members.
2014 has been a year of important milestones for CPA Australia
with a significant growth of membership in Greater China.
We have also entered into a number of rewarding relationships
with the governments, regulators, industries, professional
bodies and academia. Our representation and participation
on regional and international issues has also grown.
2014年，澳洲会计师公会 (CPA Australia) 庆祝了自己的第128
个生日，我们的会员规模也从最初墨尔本市的45人，变成了现
在遍布全球120个国家的15万名会员。
作为一个具有国际影响力的专业组织，公会不仅在澳大利亚本
土，也在世界其他主要地区如香港、北京、上海、广州，以及
印度尼西亚、马来西亚、新加坡、越南、新西兰、英国等地设
有办事处。在全球影响力不断提升的同时，公会依然一如既往
地珍视我们与会员的紧密联系。
在这一年里，公会大中华区会员规模实现了令人瞩目的增长，
我们与政府、主管机构、企业界、专业会计服务领域和学术界
的广泛合作也取得了丰硕的成果。公会更加积极地参与到了当
地和国际相关事务之中。

CHIEF EXECUTIVE’S VISIT TO GUANGZHOU
首席執行官来访广州
Chief Executive of CPA Australia, Mr Alex Malley, visited
Guangzhou in October 2014. Mr Malley met with the
Australian Consul-General, our employer partners and
academia from local universities. Alex also received an
interview from News Express to talk about his book,
The Naked CEO. Throughout the interview, Alex shared
his career journey and insights and he hope his book
can mentor students around the world.
2014年10月，澳 洲会 计师公会首席执行官麦雅 理 先 生(Mr
Alex Malley) 首次来到了广东的省会广州。在粤期间，麦雅理
先生受到了澳洲驻广州总领事，认可雇主合作伙伴代表以及
华南地区各大知名高等院校的代表的热烈欢迎，同时麦雅理
先生接受了新快报的采访，在采访中他分享了自己在职业生
涯的成功经历，并对学生们的职业规划提出了建议，同时还
推介了他的新书《The Naked CEO》。

SECOND ANNIVERSARY OF SOUTH CHINA OFFICE
华南办事处两周年志庆
A celebration luncheon was held in Guangzhou to mark the
second anniversary of CPA Australia South China office.
The luncheon was attended by more than 80 distinguished
guests from various sectors including the Australian
Government, Australian organisations, corporations, and
higher education institutions. Mr Peter Kung, South China
Founding Committee President of CPA Australia, was the
host of the luncheon and Mr Dominic Trindade, Australian
Consul-General in Guangzhou, was our guest of honour.
The luncheon provided a platform to celebrate our new
recognised employer partners and our newly accredited
universities. Certificates for fellow members were also
presented on the day.
为庆祝华南办事处成立两周年，澳洲会计师公会在广州举办了
一场隆重的周年庆祝午宴。来自澳洲政府，澳洲驻华机构，企
业及本地高等院校的逾80名嘉宾出席了午宴。澳洲驻广州总领
事戴德明先生、澳洲会计师公会首席执行官麦雅理先生、以及
公会华南区始创委员会会长龚永德先生分别作开幕致辞。庆
典上还对新增的认可雇主，认证院校，及澳洲资深注册会计师
颁发了证书。

SYNERGY AMONG AUSTRALIAN BODIES
有效创造澳洲品牌的协同效应
CPA Australia has been collaborating closely with fellow
Australian bodies in China to form mutually rewarding
relationships. In 2014, the South China office worked closely
with the Australian Government on the Australia Week
in China (AWIC). We have also co-organised a series of
career events with the Australia China Alumni Association
(ACAA). Another close partner with us is the China-Australia
Chamber of Commerce of which we share a long-standing
friendship with.
作为在华南区运营的澳洲机构，澳洲会计师公会充分利用了
澳洲的战略合 作伙伴网络，有效实现了澳洲品牌的协同效
应。纵观 2014年，华南办事处成功举办并积极参与了一系列
的活动，包括“澳大利亚周·中国”，与澳中同学会联合举办的
职业发展规划活动，与澳洲商会的联谊活动等等，显著地提升
了公会的品牌效应。澳洲驻广州总领事与澳洲会计师公会首席
执行官在广州的首次会面更加巩固了双方在华南地区未来的
合作关系。

STUDENT ENGAGEMENT AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT
校园活动和职场分享
CPA Australia is committed to providing support for
students globally on career and professional development.
In 2014, South China office initiated a series of events
and campaigns to engage with students, including the
“Careers in China” seminar, which we have co-hosted with
Michael Page and the EIC Group. We have also organised a
“Welcome to the Profession” event for Australian returning
nationals and a CPA Program scholarship scheme to award
outstanding students. In addition, many students have
joined CPA Australia Network or have become student
ambassadors for CPA Australia. They were given many
opportunities to be exposed to the accounting industry
before graduating from the universities.
澳洲会计师公会致力于在全球范围内为学生提供职业与专业
发展 支持。在 2014年，华南办 事 处 开展了一系列的校园活
动，包括与米高蒲志和启德集团共同举办的“如何规划在中国
的职业发展”研讨会，面向留澳归国学生的“如何成为专业
人士”交流活动，以及为优秀学生 颁发澳 洲注 册 会 计师课
程 奖学 金等。同时，随着越来越多学生 加盟澳 洲会 计师公
会网络及被公会任命为校园大使，澳 洲会 计师公会品牌的
曝光率得到了显著提升。
2014年，澳洲会计师公会华南办事处继续与华南地区各大高校
保持紧密的交流合作，在这一年里，包括广西财经大学、广州
商学院、广东财经大学华商学院及华南理工大学等四所知名高
校的会计专业均获得了公会的认证。
CPA Australia has also accredited several accounting
programs in 2014 in a number of universities including
Guangxi University of Finance and Economics, Guangzhou
College of Commerce, Huashang College of Guangdong
University of Finance and Economics and South China
University of Technology.

CPA Australia’s Recognised Employer Program was
introduced in 2011 to acknowledge employers who
demonstrate a commitment in supporting their staff’s
professional development.
To enhance members’ business, personal effectiveness,
leadership and technical skills, CPA Australia has been
striving to provide the best member services through
continuing professional development (CPD) seminars and
workshops. In 2014, over 200 members attended CPD
events in South China, with topics ranging from career
development, tax strategies, investing and listing overseas,
mergers and acquisitions, personal development and
innovative art of Tai Chi.
The program continued to grow from strength to strength,
in 2014, CPA Australia has acknowledged several new
recognised employer partners in South China, including
Avery Dennison (China), Capgemini (China), GP CPAs,
Grant Thornton, Kingold Group, Midea Group and Wrigley
Confectionary (China).
澳洲会计师公会于2011年正式创立认可雇主项目，获颁该称号
的企业雇主在专业发展和内部培训等方面均拥有完善的机制，
并展现出对员工个人发展的关怀与支持。
为了提高会员的商业、个人效能、领导力与专业技能，公会一直
致力于为会员提供最优质的持续专业发展培训与讲座。在2014
年，超过200名华南区的会员参加了由华南办事处举办的各类
持续专业发展活动，主题涵盖了从职业发展，税务策划，海外
投资与上市，兼并收购，个人发展，到新颖的太极讲座等。
随着越来越多的知名企业加入认可雇主行列，澳洲会计师公会
在业内的影响力进一步增强。2014年度新增认可雇主包括了艾
利(中国) 、凯捷(中国) 、广东正中珠江会计师事务所、致同会计
师事务所、侨鑫集团、美的集团以及箭牌糖果(中国)。

Throughout 2014, CPA Australia has maintained a cordial
relationship with local professional bodies in South
China. The South China office has attended the Annual
Spring Reception and sponsored the 2014 Annual Senior
Accountant Meeting of Guangzhou Accounting Firms
hosted by the Guangzhou Institute of Certified Public
Accountants (GZICPA). In addition, frequent visits to
Shenzhen Institute of Certified Public Accountants (SZICPA)
and Guangdong Institute of Certified Public Accountants
(GDICPA) were organised.
2014年，澳洲会计师公会与华南地区的专业会计团体保持着良
好的战略合作关系。华南办事处不仅受邀参加了广州注册会计
师协会举办的春茗活动，而且赞助了由其举办的广州地区会计
师事务主任会计师会议。同时，公会还与深圳注册会计师协会
及广东省注册会计师协会保持着密切的沟通与互访。

SOUTH CHINA FOUNDING COMMITTEE FORMALLY ESTABLISHED
华南区始创委员会正式成立
The South China founding committee was formally
established in April 2014, comprising of top leaders of the
industry. In 2014, the committee provided strong support
to CPA Australia through participating in events and
media interviews. These initiatives have greatly expanded
CPA Australia’s exposure in China. In addition, a Public
Relations sub-committee was formed last October
to support the committee in public relations matters.
2014 has been a year of which we have successfully
reached out to a broader audience in China.

委员会汇粹了行业的领袖与精英。自委员会成立以来，在各位
委员的积极推动下，澳洲会计师公会在本地市场的活动更为活
跃，不同形式的会员活动及媒体采访，有效地提升了澳洲会计
师公会在本地市场的认知度及影响力。在2014年10年，澳洲会
计师公会华南区始创委员会更进一步成立了公共关系分会。可
以预见，这一分会的建立，可更加有效地将公会及相关课程介
绍给各界的年轻一代的专业人士。
