ABOUT CPA AUSTRALIA
关于澳洲会计师公会
2014 marks the 128th year for CPA Australia. We have grown
from 45 members in Melbourne to today’s over 150,000
members across 120 countries.
CPA Australia is a globally influential body with offices located
in Australia and other prime locations including Hong Kong,
Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore,
Vietnam, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. In spite of such
vast expansion, CPA Australia continues to value and preserve
the personal relationships we have with our members.
2014 has been a year of important milestones for CPA Australia
with a significant growth of membership in Greater China.
We have also entered into a number of rewarding relationships
with the governments, regulators, industries, professional
bodies and academia. Our representation and participation
on regional and international issues has also grown.
2014年，澳洲会计师公会 (CPA Australia) 庆祝了自己的第128
个生日，我们的会员规模也从最初墨尔本市的45人，变成了现
在遍布全球120个国家的15万名会员。
作为一个具有国际影响力的专业组织，公会不仅在澳大利亚本
土，也在世界其他主要地区如香港、北京、上海、广州，以及
印度尼西亚、马来西亚、新加坡、越南、新西兰、英国等地设
有办事处。在全球影响力不断提升的同时，公会依然一如既往
地珍视我们与会员的紧密联系。
在这一年里，公会大中华区会员规模实现了令人瞩目的增长，
我们与政府、主管机构、企业界、专业会计服务领域和学术界
的广泛合作也取得了丰硕的成果。公会更加积极地参与到了当
地和国际相关事务之中。

JOINT NETWORKING EVENT WITH AUSTRADE IN AWIC
“澳大利亚周·中国”金融服务代表团与澳洲会计师公会交流酒会
On 9 April, the Australian Trade Commission (Austrade)
and CPA Australia co-hosted a cocktail reception to
celebrate Australia Week in China (AWIC). The event was
well-attended with more than 120 delegates. Delegates
included members of CPA Australia and other Australian
financial services delegations.
Austrade’s Executive Director - International Operations,
Mr Laurie Smith, Senior Trade Commissioner, Mr Alan
Morrell and our Past President and Chairman of the
Board, Professor Richard Petty FCPA (Aust.), officiated
the reception.
AWIC is a new initiative from the Australian Government,
its purpose is to enhance the trade, investment, education
and tourism relationships between Australia and China.
Australian Prime Minister, Mr Tony Abbott, also joined
the AWIC with the Minister for Trade and Investment and
the Minister for Small Business from Australia.

2009-10年度会长贝伟卓教授 (Professor Richard Petty) 在活动
期间分别向来宾致辞。
“澳大利亚周·中国”由澳大利亚政府主办，旨在通过政府和
贸易高级代表团访问以及商务活动来加强中澳两国关系，提高
澳大利亚作为贸易、投资、教育和旅游合作伙伴的知名度，这
也是澳大利亚迄今在中国举行的最大规模的经贸推广活动。
澳大利亚联邦政府总理托尼·阿博特 (Mr Tony Abbott) 率贸易
部部长和中小企业部部长等政府高级官员以及来自八个行业领
域的700多名企业高层代表参与了“澳大利亚周·中国”各项活
动。

澳洲会计师公会论坛（北京）
The CPA Australia Forum was held on 23 September.
The theme was “The Reforms of Capital Market and
China’s Economy and Social Development”. The forum
was attended by more than 300 accounting and business
professionals.
Mr Jeff Hughes, Chief Operating Officer – Member Services
of CPA Australia; Dr Chen Yugui, Vice President and
Secretary General of Chinese Institute of Certified Public
Accountants; Dr Jia Kang, Economist and a member of
CPPCC National Committee, former President of Research
Institute of Fiscal Science of Ministry of Finance of PRC;
Mr Michael Clifton, Senior Trade Commissioner of
Australian Trade Commission; Mr Kevin Ng, North China
Committee President of CPA Australia; and Ms Deborah
Leung, General Manager – Greater China of CPA Australia
attended the event. Dr Chen Yugui and Dr Jia Kang also
delivered keynote speeches at the forum.
9月23日，澳洲会计师公会在北京举办主题为“资本市场改革与
中国经济社会发展”的年度论坛，旨在于2014年这一中国“全
面深化改革元年”、为会计及相关行业的专业人士提供一个广
泛交流和深入研讨业界热点问题的平台。出席论坛的嘉宾来自
政府主管部门、学术机构、中外企业、会计师事务所等多个领
域，包括业界专家、学者以及公会会员等共计300人。
澳洲会计师公会首席运营官杰修思先生 (Mr Jeff Hughes)，中
国注册会计师协会副会长兼秘书长陈毓圭博士，经济学家、全
国政协委员、财政部财政科学研究所前所长贾康博士，澳大利
亚驻华商务公使柯迈高先生 (Mr Michael Clifton)，澳洲会计师
公会中国华北区委员会会长吴嘉源先生，澳洲会计师公会大中
华区总经理梁焕芹女士等嘉宾出席了论坛。陈毓圭博士和贾康

PRESS CONFERENCE FOR CHINA ECONOMIC SENTIMENT SURVEY 2014
2014年中国经济前景信心调查新闻发布会
CPA Australia conducted the China Economic Sentiment
Survey in August. A press conference was held on
23 September to release the results to the public.
澳洲会计师公会于8月份邀请中国地区会员开展了一项关于中
国经济前景发展信心的问卷调查。9月23日，公会在北京召开新
闻发布会，向社会公开此次调查的成果。
The survey focused largely on the Australia China Free
Trade Agreement, Shanghai free trade zone and the Pearl
Delta River development. Survey results shown that the
accounting and business community remained optimistic
about China’s economic development in 2015.
调查显示，2015年中国的经济前景仍然明朗。此外，本次调查
还涉及了中澳自由贸易协定、上海自贸区、珠三角经济特区等
热点话题澳洲会计师公会中国华北区委员会会长吴嘉源先生、
华东和华中区委员会会长唐荫光先生和华南区委员会会长龚
永德先生共同主持了发布会，并回答了现场媒体的提问。

the press conference with the media.

EXECUTIVE MEETING WITH CICPA
ALEX MALLEY’S INTERVIEW WITH CCTV

澳洲会计师公会首席执行官接受中国中央电视台采访
CPA Australia and the Chinese Institute of Certified Public
Accountants (CICPA) shares a longstanding friendship.
The two professional bodies have had regular meetings
and countless collaborations over the past decade.
Chief Executive of CPA Australia, Mr Alex Malley, was
interviewed by China Central Television (CCTV) in Beijing
in late October. Mr Malley shared his insights on the
Australia-China Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and the
future development of international accounting profession.
Mr Malley believes that the FTA will accelerate further
development of many sectors including infrastructure,
technology, trade and education.
On 20 October, Chief Executive of CPA Australia, Mr Alex
Malley, paid a visit to the Vice President and Secretary
General of the CICPA, Dr Chen Yugui, and the Deputy
Secretary General of CICPA, Mr Yang Chenhui. Mr Malley
also presented his new book, The Naked CEO, to Dr Chen
at the visit.
10月20日，澳洲会计师公会首席执行官麦雅理先生 (Mr Alex
Malley) 访问中国注册会计师协会，与中国注册会计师协会副
会长兼秘书长陈毓圭博士会谈。中国注册会计师行业党委副
书记杨晨辉先生，澳洲会计师公会首席运营官杰修思先生 (Mr
Jeff Hughes)、大中华区总经理梁焕芹女士和北京代表处首席
代表王瑾女士等双方高层领导参加了会谈。会谈结束后，麦雅
理先生还向陈毓圭博士赠送了自己的新书《The Naked CEO》。
近年来，澳大利亚与中国注册会计师行业交流日益频繁，作为
两国注册会计师行业的专业协会组织，澳洲会计师公会与中国
注册会计师协会也在过去的十多年中一直保持着长期和稳定
的合作关系，双方每年都会举行多次高层领导互访活动。

of CCTV’s English channel.
10月下旬，澳洲会计师公会首席执行官麦雅理先生 (Mr Alex
Malley) 在北京接受中国中央电视台专访，就中澳自由贸易协
定对两国经济前景的推动作用和国际会计行业的未来发展方
向等话题进行了深入阐述。麦雅理先生指出，中澳自贸协定的
签署必将为深化两国各领域交流，促进双方基础设施建设、
科技、贸易、教育等众多行业的长远发展起到推动作用，两国
会计服务专业领域也将因这一协定的签署而获得新的发展机
会。
11月19日，在中澳两国政府元首于澳大利亚首都堪培拉共同宣
布实质性结束中澳自由贸易协定谈判两天之后，此次专访在中
央电视台英文频道的核心栏目BizAsia中播出。

EVENTS AND NETWORKING ACTIVITIES IN NORTH CHINA
华北地区会员活动丰富多彩
Keeping our members motivated is an important goal
for CPA Australia. In 2014, the Beijing office hosted over
20 events for our members in the North China region.
The events are diverse in its nature, there are technical
events as well as networking events. It is our goal to create
platforms for our members to build up their knowledge
and expand their business network.
2014年度，澳洲会计师公会北京办事处在华北地区举办了20余
场会员活动，活动内容、形式和质量均较往年大幅度提升。在
这些活动中，既有澳洲会计师公会论坛、会计准则和业务实操
培训等一系列专业技术讲座，也包括著名企业参访、学习经验
分享、业界专家见面酒会等人脉交流活动。这些丰富多彩的会
员活动，不仅为广大公会会员深入了解国际和中国会计行业的
最新动态提供了机会，更为会员自身的专业和职业发展、合作
企业人才和品牌战略的实施搭建了平台。

CONTINUOUS SUPPORTS TO THE INTERNATIONALISATION OF CHINESE
ACCOUNTING EDUCATION
鼎力支持中国会计教育国际化
CPA Australia continues to provide strong support to
the universities in the North China region and has been
working closely with academics on bringing global visions
to the accounting programs in the universities. In 2014,
CPA Australia accredited many accounting degree
programs in some of the top universities including Tianjin
University and Chang’an University.
CPA Australia has also focused on students’ activities this
year. More than 20 talented students were selected as our
student ambassador and over 1900 students joined our
CPA Australia Network this year.
2014年，澳洲会计师公会北京办事处继续为中国北方地区高校
会计教育的国际化进程提供强有力的支持。在这一年里，天津
大学、长安大学等多所国内知名高校的会计相关专业学士学位
课程获得了公会的认证，东北财经大学、天津财经大学、首都
经济贸易大学等高校的相关学位课程也已顺利通过公会5年期
再认证评审、继续保持公会课程认证资格。
此外，公会在各大高校也继续以多种形式举办和支持学生活
动，为大学生接触国际会计行业、开阔视野、拓展人脉资源搭
建平台。在这一年里，中国北方地区有20多位品学兼优的会计
专业在校大学生被公会任命为校园大使，超过1900名学生注册
成为澳洲会计师公会网络成员。

EMPLOYER ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES
企业合作硕果累累
In 2014, CPA Australia has reached a record-high of new
members in the North China region. Around 90% per
cent of new members are working in the accounting and
management sectors of state-owned enterprises, multinational companies and major CPA firms. This reflected a
growing need of internationally-recognised designation
among the accounting profession in China.
CPA Australia’s Recognised Employer Program was
introduced in 2011 to acknowledge employers who
demonstrate a commitment in supporting their staff’s
professional development. The program continued to
grow from strength to strength this year with new
employer partners joining in the program.

或管理人士，这充分显示出中国会计领域对澳洲注册会计师这
一国际会计师资格的旺盛需求。
澳洲会计师公会在2011年推出了认可雇主项目，一大批为财会
岗位员工的专业发展提供强有力支持的优秀企业获得了公会认
可。在2014年，公会认可雇主队伍继续发展壮大，更多的中外
企业成为了其中的一员。
