Instructions: Assign Mercalli Scale ratings to the cities on the map by
grabbing the colored circles from the Modified Mercalli Scale key and
dragging them over the open circles next the the city names. The key
contains multiple layers of the colored circles so they may be grabbed
repeatedly from the key and assigned to multiple cities without
damaging the key itself. DO NOT SAVE your changes at the end of
the exercise.
