CAN YOU HELP SOLVE THESE CRIMES?
Two incidents of Unlawful Sexual contact are being investigated in the Denver
University (DU) campus area. In both cases the victims were walking at night,
with friends, when they were surprised by the suspect and fondled. The
incidents have both occurred in the last week.
The suspect is described as a white male, between 5’9” and 6’2” tall, between
160 and 170 lbs., with brown hair. In both cases the suspect was wearing a
maroon or red sweat jacket with a DU logo it. The suspect was wearing black
shorts in one case and blue jeans in the other.
The suspect in both cases approached and ran from the area on foot.

These incidents are similar to a series of incidents that occurred in November of
2011.
The suspect(s) descriptions in those incidents are also similar but they were not
positively identified.
