Pan noted how she was able to use the skills and concepts that she learned in the IIC program in her work that focused on crosscultural competency and cross functional alignment. I was excited about going to college, being in a new country and a million other things. Then, culture shock set in when I realized that Colorado Springs lacked viable public transportation.
