Estlow/Margolin Lecturer Lourdes Garcia-Navarro: Parallel Lives: Stories from an Interconnected World On April 14 and 15, the University welcomes National Public Radio International Correspondent Lourdes Garcia-Navarro to campus. Garcia-Navarro has been reporting on the Zika virus in South America, and in the past has contributed outstanding reports on the relationship of the Brazilian rainforest to climate change. She was one of the first reporters to enter Libya after the 2011 Arab Spring. She will be speaking with classes, meeting with students, and serving as the keynote speaker for the University’s Internationalization Summit. Students, faculty, and staff associated with MFJS will all be presenting their work at the Internationalization Summit, as well.
