Join LSA’s Cultura Programming Committee for the Spring
Semester2012.
This committee meets weekly to organize upcoming events
throughout the year and oversees the planning of annual
events that include Hispanic Heritage Month, Ritmo
Latino, Latino Week, Fourth year ceremony and many
other events.
Those who apply need not be Hispanic/Latino. All years,
race, and genders are welcome to apply.

The Women's Initiative is in need of childcare volunteers
that can be with 1 to 3 children for 1.5 hours once a month
while their mothers attend a Support Group
This support group is offered every Wednesday from
10:00 am to 11:30 am for low income Latino Women
The Women's Initiative is to provide effective counseling
services, social support and education to empower women
to transform challenging life situations into opportunities
for renewed well-being and personal growth.

has a parent meeting for which they need help with
