Cisco Media Services Interface (MSI) collects voice and video usage
information by individual office and even by individual participant
Cisco Global Watch service helps monitor performance trends
• Potentially offer a service level agreement for Cisco WebEx
Enabler would be using MSI to identify Cisco WebEx traffic and place it in
the video queue instead of the default queue for web traffic
