Voluntary Dental Discount Plan
Delta Dental Patient Direct is a dental discount program. It is not dental
insurance. However, it’s an affordable way to look out for your oral health.
The Delta Dental Patient Direct Plan is a Colorado-only plan. There are approximately 550 dentists in the Delta Dental
Patient Direct network. In order for services to be discounted, they must be performed by a Delta Dental Patient Direct
network dentist. You can check the list of Delta Dental Patient Direct network dentists on the Delta Dental of Colorado
website at www.DeltaDentalCO.com.
The attached fee schedule provides a list of
co-payments for most dental procedures (your
share of the costs). It also shows typical dentist
fees, so that you can clearly see the Patient
Direct savings.
