NOTICE OF THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE
REGARDING AT-TORNEYMIITNESS ASSIGNMENTS
lntervenors are reminded that all inquiries concerning the Pdstal Service’s
Request and testimonies in this docket which arise outside of the formal discovery
process should be directed through Postal Service counsel.
For the convenience of all concerned, the Postal Service submits the
attached list which identifies those of its attorneys who have been designated to
represent the witnesses whose testimonies have been filed in support of the Postal
Service’s Request. As always, intervenors unable to contact the attorney
responsible for representing a particular witness should not hesitate to contact
Chief Counsel Dan Foucheaux at (202) 268-2989.
Consistent with past practice, the Postal Service plans, to make its
witnesses available for informal technical conferences at Postal Service
headquarters. Such conferences, intended as an aid to the discovery process, will
be scheduled in accordance with the mutual convenience of interested parties and
the Postal Service, to the extent possible. Further information on technical

conferences will be available shortly. Members of the Commission’s technical
Staff
wiii be invited to attend all technical conferences.
