Come to school well rested. Bring those things to help you
succeed.
There is a handout I developed, “Easy Eats”, that lists foods for
your dorm or apartment that will assist you in recovery of
illnesses more quickly. If not used during the semester you can
snack on during exams!
Bring a thermometer and other items or medications you would
use if you became ill. Seeking these when you don’t feel well is
not fun.
