Thesis or Dissertation Binding Order
The University of Denver has a relationship with the Denver Bookbinding Company to offer significantly reduced
binding services to students. Unless your department requires a bound copy of your document, binding is optional.
If you wish to receive hard bound copies of your thesis/dissertation, please complete this form and submit it with
up to six copies of your document, in individual 8.5x11 inch boxes. Pages must be printed only on one side.

The binding title of thesis or dissertation will be printed on the spine of the binding. There is a 46 character limit
that includes spaces for the binding title.

The copies you submit will be submitted to the bindery at the end of the quarter in which you submit them.
It takes at least three to six months after the end of the quarter for your copies to be bound, at which
time they will be returned to your department.
Please be patient, your department will contact you when the bound documents are ready.
