Third-party service request support for Cisco devices: network deployment index (NDI) algorithm, case
management, and upload capability with template provided by application
Functional grouping scenario
Contract uploading capability for NDI and case management
NDI algorithm enhancement by software and operational redefinition
Supported devices expanded to include Cisco XR and XE operating systems
NDI scale changes to match consistency and complexity
Summary report upload
Enhancement to link CDETS, service requests
Supported Browsers
The following browsers are supported when using the Connected Analytics for Network Deployment
(CAND) portal:

Apple Safari 5.x and 6.x on OSX only
•
Google Chrome 29 and 30
•
Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 and 10
•
Mozilla Firefox 24 and 25
