• Is there any space in which Asian
countries can have impact on the
negotiation process or not?
• If possible, to what extent could it be
feasible?
• What can be contribution?
• How can it be assessed?
• If the Asian countries take a leading
role, success in shaping the different
outcome of the negotiation process will
be more likely
