To earn the B.Sc. International Finance degree, students must complete
1. A total of 129 credits, comprised of the following:
2. All general education courses for a total of 27 credits. This includes all core courses, consisting of a
requirement of 15 credits, and all elective courses, consisting of a requirement of 12 credits.
3. All International Finance core courses, for a total requirement of 63 credits; elective courses, for a total
requirement of 39 credits .
4. The study abroad program must be delivered by an approved University, and all selected courses must
conform to the department list of preapproved courses. Regarding study abroad requirement please find
“International College Students Study Abroad Options”.
5. For internship-program option, students must work in an English-speaking workplace environment and
the institutions approved by IFD or ISU. On the successful completion of internship program, the school
will consider it as a credit equivalent.
6. Students may substitute course credits by successfully completing courses in a preapproved summer
study abroad program.
7. Students must satisfy the minimum English proficiency level which as stipulated by the IF department.
English Proficiency Level requirement for graduation: a. TOEFL PBT/ITP/IBT of scoring 527/527/70 or
b. IELTS of level 5.5
