As announced on www.bls.gov/cpi, publication of the CPI for the following Midwest cities will be affected by the 2018 CPI Geographic Revision: Cleveland-Akron, OH; Cincinnati-Hamilton, OH-KY-IN; and Milwaukee-Racine, WI, will no longer be published after 2017 data reference periods. Cleveland’s final release will be for the month of November 2017, scheduled for publication on December 13, 2017. Cincinnati’s and Milwaukee’s final releases will be for the second-half average and annual average 2017, scheduled for release in January 2018. Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN-WI, will go from semi-annual publication to bi-monthly publication. It will be published for the odd numbered months starting with January 2018 data in February 2018.
